Aluminium Chequered Plate
Aluminum Tread Plate (also known as diamond plate or chequered plate) is a type of aluminum rolled plate that has a raised diamond or linear pattern on one side and is smooth on the other side. Because of its unique texture, it is often used to make walkways and ramps, where slipping may occur. It is also very commonly used for decorative purposes.

1000 series :represents 1050 1060 1070 1000 series aluminum plate is also known as pure aluminum plate, in all series 1000 series belongs to a series containing the most aluminum. The purity can reach above 99.00%.
3000 series: represents 3003 3003 3A21. 3000 series aluminum plate is made of manganese as the main component. The content is between 1.0%-1.5%. It is a series with better rust prevention function. Commonly used in air conditioners, refrigerators, bottom of cars and other humid environment.
The 5000 series :represents the 5052.5005.5083.5A05 series. 5000 series aluminum plate belongs to the more commonly used alloy aluminum plate series, the main element is magnesium, magnesium content between 3-5%. It can also be called aluminum magnesium alloy. The main characteristics are low density, high tensile strength, high elongation. The weight of al-mg alloy in the same area is lower than other series. Often used in aviation, such as aircraft fuel tanks. It is also widely used in conventional industry. Processing technology for continuous casting and rolling, belonging to hot rolled aluminum plate series so can do deep oxidation processing.
The 6000 series: represents 6061, which contains both magnesium and silicon. 6061 is a cold processed aluminum forging product suitable for corrosion resistance and oxidation demanding applications. Good usability, excellent interface features, easy coating, good processability. Can be used in low pressure weapons and aircraft joints.
