1100/1050/1060 aluminum insulation panels belongs to pure aluminum, which is relatively cheap, and its application scope is relatively wide, such as ordinary building waterproof, pipeline thermal insulation and rust prevention works. However, 1000 series aluminum coils are not resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion. 3003 and 3105 aluminum coils are recommended for insulation of equipment and pipes in power plants and chemical plants.
3003 3105 aluminum jacketing sheet is made of aluminum manganese aluminum alloy. 3003 thermal insulation aluminum coil, also known as anti rust aluminum coil, is a representative product of 3000 series aluminum manganese alloy. It is mainly used in the fields of thermal insulation materials for pipes, building roofs and walls. Compared with 1100/1060/1050 insulation aluminum coil, 3003 3105 insulationed aluminum plate has a certain anti rust treatment effect and will be more durable in use. It is mainly used for insulation of refrigeration equipment, storage tanks, pressure vessels and pipelines, heat sinks, etc.
5005 5052 aluminum metal jacketing has high strength, good plasticity and corrosion resistance, and can be welded. It is considered as a promising thermal insulation aluminum coil. Series 5 thermal insulation aluminum coil is used in occasions with strict requirements on the performance of aluminum coil, such as height, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. It is widely used in nuclear power, aviation, and aerospace fields.
