2.CATEGORIES OF PAINT
1.Polyester:Good adhesion, wide range of formability and outdoor durability, moderate chemical resistance. Service life 1-5 years.
2.Silicon modified polyester:The coating has good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, as well as good external durability and non-powdery properties, limited gloss retention and flexibility. Life span 10-15 years.
3.High Durable Polyester:Excellent UV resistance linear, with high durability, its main properties between polyester and fluorocarbon. Service life of 10-12 years.
4.Polyvinylidene Fluoride:With good formability and color retention, excellent outdoor durability and powder, solvent resistance, color limited. Service life of 20-25 years.

1. Changing raw materials:

3, zinc content reduction:
The amount of zinc plating fraud is a more hidden jerry-building method. The amount of zinc plating does not affect the force of the color coating board, but it has an impact on the service life. Different environmental requirements are not the same, privately reduce the content of galvanized, directly resulting in the service life of color coating board reduced.
