The antibacterial color plate is a metal baking paint color coated plate coated with a coating containing a series of special bead ceramic bacteria agents. Due to the use of a special Jieci series of antibacterial agents in the coating, it has a non-toxic semi permanent antibacterial effect and a far infrared radiation effect. It can produce an antibacterial rate of over 99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, achieving a long-term and brilliant antibacterial effect, and has the characteristics of low toxicity and high efficiency.

Product features

1. Interference with the synthesis of cell walls. The interference effect of silver ion antibacterial agents on cell walls mainly inhibits the linkage between polysaccharide chains and tetrapeptide crosslinks, resulting in loss of integrity of the cell wall,loss of protection against osmotic pressure, damage to the cell and death.

2. Damage to the cell membrane. Cell membrane is an important component of bacterial cell life activities. If cell membrane is damaged or destroyed, it will lead to bacterial death.
3. Inhibition of protein synthesis. The protein synthesis process changes, stops, and kills bacteria.

4. Obstacles to the replication of genetic information, including the synthesis of DNA and RNA, and the transcription of mRNA from DNA templates.
