Apply PVF on the surface of galvanized pipes or zinc alloy coated pipes, with a PVF coating thickness of 25 μ m. The neutral salt spray time of PVF pipes made on the basis of zinc alloy coating exceeds 1000 hours without red rust. The coating is uniform, dense, and has strong adhesion, with strong anti-corrosion ability.
PVF, also known as polyfluoroethylene, has strong anti-corrosion properties and is not afraid of strong acid or alkali corrosion. It has good heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, and excellent impact strength and electrical insulation performance.
Especially coating zinc alloy layer as the base layer and then coating PVF, its performance is particularly excellent.
