Our Copper-Nickel (Cu-Ni) Clad/Composite Steel Strip is a high-performance metal composite material engineered by integrating copper-nickel alloy layers with a high-quality carbon steel substrate. Designed for demanding industrial applications, this product combines the excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability of copper-nickel alloys with the superior mechanical strength, formability, and cost-effectiveness of steel-delivering a balanced solution that outperforms single-metal materials in versatility and reliability.

ASTM B151 CuNi10 Good corrosion resistance (seawater, humid air); moderate conductivity (≈45% IACS). Used for marine electrical conductors, low-current terminals.
ASTM B151 CuNi30 High corrosion resistance (seawater, industrial chemicals); stable thermal performance. Ideal for marine engineering, high-temperature conductive parts.
DIN EN 1652 CuNi10Fe1Mn Enhanced mechanical strength vs. CuNi10; resistant to stress corrosion. Used for automotive sensor terminals, industrial connectors.
DIN EN 1652 CuNi30Mn1Fe Excellent oxidation resistance (up to 350°C); high fatigue strength. Suitable for high-temperature applications (e.g., EV battery busbars).
