Stainless steel heat exchange tube: a device made of stainless steel, one of the components of the heat exchanger, placed inside the cylinder, used for heat exchange between two media, stainless steel heat exchange tube has the following advantages:

3. Because the inner wall of the tube is smooth, the thickness of the boundary layer is thinned, which not only strengthens the heat exchange, but also improves the anti-scaling performance. In order to eliminate welding stress, heat treatment is carried out at a high temperature of 1050ºC in a protective gas. Steel pipes are leak-checked by differential pressure, and the air pressure test is up to 10MPa, with no pressure drop for 5 minutes.
