Product Description
Aluminized Silicon products have good heat resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and heat reflection. The products are mainly used in high temperature and heat resistance, household appliances and automobile products with strict requirements on corrosion resistance.


DX53D+AS120 is a cold-formable aluminized silicon steel pipe manufactured by hot-dipping cold-rolled steel (DX53D grade) in an aluminum-silicon alloy (90% Al, 10% Si). The coating weight is 120 g/m² (both sides), optimized for high-temperature endurance and deep-drawing performance in automotive exhaust components.
