1. Aluminized steel products have the same mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy and plate shape control with galvanized products.
2. Because the density of aluminium-silicon is lower than that of zinc, the coating weight can be less by using aluminium-silicon coated products instead of glavanized products.
3. Aluminized steel products have excellent corrosion resistance, several or even a dozen times than that of galvanized products.
4. Aluminized steel products have good high temperature resistance, there almost isn't any change even during long-term use below 550ºC.
The steel plate with aluminium-silicon coating will maintain the bright appearance.
5. Aluminized steel has excellent heat reflectivity, with a light reflectance of about 80% when the temperature below 500 ºC.
6. The friction coefficient of Aluminized steel products is lower, and low friction coefficient is favorable for drawing and forming.
7. The Aluminized steel conforms to the food hygiene law and is harmless to human health.
