Classification

Hot dip galvanized steel [HDG/HDGI]
The sheet steel is immersed in the melted zinc tank so that the surface is adhered to a layer of zinc sheet steel. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the steel plate into a roll is continuously dipped in the melting zinc plating tank to make galvanized steel plate, and the product does not rust in a few years.
 

Electro galvanized steel [EG/EGI]
The process of forming a uniform, dense, well-bonded deposit of metal or alloy on the surface of a part. Compared with hot dip galvanizing, the zinc layer of electric galvanizing is thinner, usually in 10~70g/m2, and the galvanized steel plate manufactured by electroplating has good processability. However, the coating is thin, the corrosion resistance is not as good as the hot-dip galvanized sheet, and the electric galvanizing is generally rusty for half a year.
