Strong Heat resistant performance
The heat resistance of aluminized steel sheet is superior to galvanized steel sheet and cold rolled steel sheet.
Due to the special combination of steel plate substrate and coating structure, the formation of a kind of iron aluminum alloy, the aluminized steel plate has excellent resistance to high temperature, which can keep itself under 500-600 degree centigrade .
Corrosion resistance
In the ionic series, aluminum tends to be more resistive than Mn, Mo, Cr, W, Cd, Fe and Zn. The oxide film of aluminum itself has good stability, so the surface corrosion resistance is much better than galvanized steel.

High Heat Application
A463 aluminized steel is used for firewalls, exhaust pipe, heaters, incinerators, ovens, dryers and the housings.
Aluminized sheet and coil will maintain their bright appearance and provide long-term service at temperatures up to 900 degrees F- a higher temperature than comparable zinc-coated products can withstand.
