Our stainless steel wire rod in coils is specifically engineered for downstream drawing and cold heading / fastener production. Manufactured from premium raw materials through advanced rolling, controlled cooling, and pickling processes, this product delivers exceptional surface quality, tight dimensional consistency, and stable mechanical properties - ensuring high productivity and low rejection rates in your subsequent forming operations.

Microstructure: fully austenitic (for 300 series) with fine, uniform grain size (ASTM 5-8) to ensure consistent wire drawing behavior and defect free cold heading.
Surface Finish & Quality
The wire rod is supplied in hot rolled and pickled condition, with a smooth, scale free, and oxide free surface. Optional finishes include bright annealed (for decorative or extra clean requirements) and mechanically descaled (for specific drawing lubricant systems).All coils undergo 100% visual inspection and eddy current / ultrasonic testing (as required) to eliminate surface defects such as cracks, laps, folds, and slivers. The low surface roughness ensures excellent lubricant adherence and reduces die wear during drawing.
