PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
★ Zn-Al-Mg coating steel has better corrosion resistance. The increase of Al and Mg content
in a certain range makes the corrosion resistance of Zn-Al-Mg coating steel sheet increase
several times higher than that of GI.
★ With low friction coefficient and stable friction characteristics, it is very favorable for
punching. It can reduce the amount of wear on the coating, thereby reducing the part's
pulling defects.
★ The Zn-Al-Mg coating steel has good welding performance. The addition of magnesium
can reduce the spatter of the weld attachment in the laser welding process and improve
the welding performance.

After SST or CCT, a dense colloidal corrosion product was covered at the edge of Zn-Mg-Al alloy coating. The main component wasZn5 (OH)8Cl2 ·H2O. The corrosion product was proved to be very stable and not easy to decompose.
Surface hardness
Zn-Al-Mg coating steel have higher surface hardness.
The initial dynamic friction coefficient of Zn-Al-Mg coating steel is same as that of GI, but changes little with the increase of friction times. It is favorable for deformation.
Scratch resistance
Less and smaller friction particles of Zn-Al-Mg coating steel. It can be significantly reducing tool wear, downtime for cleaning, defects in parts.
