S450g Zm430 Zinc Aluminium Magnesium Zn-Al-Mg Alloy Coating Steel
 Zn-Al-Mg coating steel has better corrosion resistance. The increase of Al and Mg content
in a certain range makes the corrosion resistance of Zn-Al-Mg coating steel sheet increase
several times higher than that of GI.
★ With low friction coefficient and stable friction characteristics, it is very favorable for
punching. It can reduce the amount of wear on the coating, thereby reducing the part's
pulling defects.
★ The Zn-Al-Mg coating steel has good welding performance. The addition of magnesium
can reduce the spatter of the weld attachment in the laser welding process and improve
the welding performance.

After SST or CCT, a dense colloidal corrosion product was covered at the edge of Zn-Mg-Al alloy coating. The main component wasZn5 (OH)8Cl2 ·H2O. The corrosion product was proved to be very stable and not easy to decompose.
