Product Description

Nano Self-cleaning PVDF Coating Aluminium

Nano-self-cleaning coating aluminum coil, using high-tech Nano technology, covered a 1~3μm TiO2 nano-coating on the surface of fluorocarbon paint.
Nano-TiO2 has super oxidizing and super-hydrophilic properties under the UV light.

The nano-self-cleaning PVDF coating has strong oxidizing properties, which can strongly degrade formaldehyde, toluene and other oils, and quickly decompose into carbon dioxide and water. The inorganic substances (sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides) on the surface of the aluminum veneer lose their adhesion, when it rains, the degraded organic matter and the inorganic substance that has lost adhesion are easily washed away by water under hydrophilic conditions.

The TiO2 nano-coating breaks down organic compounds such as formaldehyde and toluene into harmless carbon dioxide and water. This coating decomposes oils and other organic materials efficiently. Pollutants like sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides lose their adhesion to the aluminum surface. When it rains, the water spreads across the hydrophilic surface, washing away both the degraded organic matter and the detached inorganic substances.
