Powder coating is a coating prepared by mixing resins, pigments and fillers, curing agents, and auxiliaries in a certain proportion through melt extrusion, pulverization, sieving, etc.
Powder coating has 100% solid content and exists in powder state. There is no waste water and waste gas in the manufacturing process and zero VOC emissions are generated. There is no need to add any solvent during use. Air is used as the dispersion medium, and high-voltage electrostatic adsorption is used to coat the steel surface at one time .
