The enamel powder is directly electrostatically sprayed, adsorbed on the metal surface, and then sintered at a high temperature of 870 °C. In this way, the expansion coefficient of the enamel powder and the steel plate is close to the same, and the steel plate is dissolved as one, with strong adhesion, anti-explosion, anti-soluble, acid resistance and other multiple protection functions, and the service life is 2~3 times that of ordinary wet enamel.
