321 stainless steel is a Ni Cr Ti austenitic stainless steel with properties very similar to 304, but due to the addition of titanium metal, it has better resistance to crystal corrosion and high-temperature strength. Due to the addition of titanium metal, it controls the formation of chromium carbide.

 

321 stainless steel has better high-temperature stress fracture performance and high-temperature creep resistance than 304 stainless steel in terms of stress mechanical properties.

Neat, 100% pressure test 8kg 15s, to ensure that customers use pipewithout leakage, no porosity.

Main Process Requirements:

Our 2B raw materials are mainly from Zhangpu, TiSCO, Baoxin and other famoussuppliers. The base materials and weld seam of the pipe undergo the solidsolution treatment integrally. The outer diameter tolerance and inner weld residualheight are strictly controlled to ensure no internal weld traps exist. Each piece issubjected to a 100% one-by-one pressure detection at 15 kg pressure for 15seconds. The entire length of the pipe measures 12 meters with throw light onboth inside and outside surfaces, followed by an 18-meter tube pressure test.
