Stainless Clad Steel Plate
Stainless laminated clad steel plate
is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly material, which uses carbon steel as the base layer and stainless steel as the cladding layer.
Through the latest hot rolling composite technology, the base layer and cladding layer are completely metallurgical combined.
Production process:
Explosive cladding, Hot rolled cladding
Standard: GB/T8165-2008
Application:
Steel for building materials for bridges, ships, and pressure vessels
Main Business Specification:
Cladding Layer Thickness:0.5~5mm (Cover Material):
Stainless steel such as 304 304L 316 316L and Alloy steel 1Cr13 etc.
Base Layer Thickness:2.5~49.5mm (Base Material):
Hot rolled steel coil
Wear-resistant steel Weathering steel
The Max width: 4000mm
The Max Length: 15000mm (20ft container inner length 5800mm, 40ft inner length 11850mm)
Difference between Explosive cladding and Hot-rolled cladding
Explosive cladding
Low efficiency due to environmental, climate, and policy impacts;
Severe noise, dust, and subsonic pollution;
Product size is limited;
Low interface binding rate;
Hot-rolled cladding
Can achieve large-scale industrial continuous production, high efficiency, and fast supply speed; Less emissions and pollution, similar to the production of ordinary steel plates; The product size can be designed as needed; The interface bonding rate can reach 100%;
Test item before shipment!
The stainless steel composite plate complies with the GB/T8165-2008 national quality standard, which specifies a bonding rate of ≥ 95% (Grade III), ≥ 98% (Grade II), and 100% (Grade I).
The interface Shear strength of Grade II and III products is 200Mpa, and that of Grade I products is 210Mpa.
Through various tests, the average Shear strength of composite plates produced by our company's process can reach more than 300Mpa, which is far higher than the national standard (210Mpa) and other manufacturers.
