Stainless steel clad plate is a new type of energy saving and environmental protection material, which is based on carbon steel and stainless steel cladding through the most advanced hot rolling composite technology, to achieve the complete metallurgical combination of base and cladding.

The strength and mechanical properties of the material are ensured by the base layer, and the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and diamagnetism of the material are ensured by the composite layer.
The product implements GB/T8165-2008 and NB/T47002-2019.

The cladding materials can be used in any  stainless steel such as 304, 316L, 1Cr13 and etc.

The stainless steel composite plate is implemented by the GB/T8165-2008 national quality standard, which stipulates that the combination rate is ≥95% , ≥98% and 100% . The interfacial shear strength of Class II and III products is 200Mpa, and Class I products are 210Mpa. And through various detection tests,
The shear strength of the composite plate produced by our company can reach an average of more than 300Mpa, which is much higher than the national standard (210Mpa) and other manufacturers.
