1) Thick paint film

The paint film thickness of powder-coated sheet can reach 45-200 um/m2, which is 3-8 times that of ordinary color-coated steel sheet. Through comparison, the anti-frosting and anti-fading performance of powder-coated sheet is also about 4 times that of ordinary traditional paint, significantly extending the service life. With a higher paint film.its corrosion resistance is also enhanced when used in a humid environment

2) High density

Traditional painted corrugated steel plates have 40% to 60% volatile substances. Under a microscope, one can observe numerous pores on the surface of the steel plate. The corrosive components in the air enter the steel plate through these pores and cause corrosion. In contrast, electrostatic powder-coated corrugated steel plates are melted at high temperatures to achieve 100% solidification, without any volatile substances. The surface is smooth and flat, with strong density, effectively preventing the entry of moisture, oxygen, corrosive components, and harmful combustion gases in the air. This significantly enhances the anti-corrosion performance.

 

3) Resistance to strong acids, strong alkali and high temperatures

The anti-acid and anti-alkali performance of the powder-coated board is about four times that of the traditional paint-coated board, effectively increasing the service life of the board in humid and highly acidic environments of power plants.
