Comparison between pickled coils, hot rolled coils and cold rolled coils:
Compared with hot-rolled steel:
1) Good surface quality, because hot-rolled pickled plates remove surface iron oxide, improve the surface quality of steel, and facilitate welding, oiling and painting.
2) High dimensional accuracy, after flattening, the plate shape can change to a certain extent, thereby reducing the deviation of unevenness.

4) Can reduce environmental pollution caused by user scattered pickling.
Compared with cold-rolled steel:
The advantage of pickled plates is that users can effectively reduce procurement costs while ensuring the surface quality requirements. At present, many companies have put forward higher and higher requirements for high performance and low cost of steel.
With the continuous advancement of steel rolling process technology, the performance of hot-rolled thin plates is approaching that of cold-rolled plates, making "replacing cold with heat" technically possible.
