When the temperature is 450 ºC , it can ensure high reflectivity. When it is used for a long time under 550 ºC, it hardly changes. The aluminized silicon coated steel plate will maintain a bright appearance. Its heat resistance is equivalent to that of stainless steel 4 0 9 . The galvanized products will change color and be powdered at 300 ºC.

2. Superior Corrosion Resistance

Offers 3-6x better corrosion protection than galvanized steel against moisture, road salts, and sulfur oxides. Self-healing oxide film seals scratches, extending service life to 8-10 years (vs. 3-5 years for conventional materials).

The density ofAS is 3.0g/cm2, and the density of pure zinc is 7. 1g/cm2. The density of AS is lower than that of zinc. The weight of coating can be reduced by using AS instead of galvanized products.
