Powder coatings are prepared by mixing resins, pigments and fillers, curing agents, and auxiliaries in a certain proportion through processes such as melt extrusion, pulverization, and sieving.
Powder coating has 100% solid content and exists in powder state. There is no waste water and waste gas in the manufacturing process to produce zero VOC emissions. There is no need to add any solvent during use. Air is used as a dispersion medium, and high-voltage electrostatic adsorption is used for one-time coating on the steel surface.

1. Ultra corrosion resistant powder coated steel plate for animal husbandry. Corrosion resistance is more than 5 times better than national standard color coated steel plate.
1) ZAM as base metal,coating 150g/m², high corrosion resistance, good cutting protection.
2) Top side with double coating structure:priming coat 35μm+top coat45μm.
3) Back side with special animal husbandry coating:80μm.
4) Edge thickening,good cladding to keep the base metal from corrosion.
