1. Product Overview  
Aluminum-Silicon Coated Steel is a specialty steel product featuring a hot-dip aluminum-silicon alloy coating on its surface. It combines the high-temperature resistance of aluminum, the oxidation resistance of silicon, and the strength of steel, making it ideal for high-temperature and corrosive environments. Key applications include automotive exhaust systems, household appliances (ovens, microwaves), industrial furnaces, and solar mounting systems.

1. Exceptional High-Temperature Resistance 
   - Coating Composition: Al-Si alloy (55-65% aluminum, 7-11% silicon), with a melting point exceeding 600ºC and long-term service temperatures up to 450ºC.  
   - Oxidation Resistance: Forms a dense oxide layer under high temperatures, preventing substrate corrosion. Outlasts galvanized steel by 3-5 times.  

2. Superior Corrosion Resistance  
   - Salt Spray Test: Complies with ISO 9227, achieving ≥2000 hours of salt spray resistance (5x better than galvanized steel).  
   - Chemical Resistance: Withstands acid rain, sulfides, and weak acid/alkali environments, suitable for coastal and industrial zones.  

3. Lightweight & Mechanical Performance  
   - Base Material Options: Cold-rolled steel (DC04), high-strength steel (HX340LAD), etc., with yield strengths of 180-500MPa.  
   - Weight Reduction: Thickness can be reduced by 10-15% at equivalent strength, lowering material and transportation costs.

   - Coating Thickness: Double-sided coating of 80-200g/m² (standard options: 80/120/150g/m²).
