S550 S350 TEST
Ensure that each steel coil accord with requesred standard, we test all the fist coil, painting zinc coating
T-bending, tensile strength, Yield strength, elongation rate.
The tensile strength is oppsite to elongation, when the Yield strength up to S550GD, the elongation of
good material at least 8-10, in this condition, S550GD material also can do 45 degree angle, no crack.
S550 means the Yield stength is 550, which produced by low tenperature annealing, in same prodution
line after produce DX51D material, the furnace tenperature difficult to drop to the low temperature, so most
of the first coil can not reach S550, after test, so it very important to check the first coil, also the last coil.

parameters as below:
YS(yield strength ):MIN 550Mpa
TS(tensile strenth)):MIN 550Mpa
EL(elongation)isn't within technical requirements.
But any further processing,Elongation is much more important.
If this parameter is low,you will meet the trouble in the video...
