1) Aluminized steel coil itself has superior anti-corrosion properties, compounded with a layer of Surlyn film greatly enhances the service life of it.
2) The surlyn film also acts as a moisture adsorber inside the pipeline.

Aluminized steel coil surface with Surlyn film(thickness :0.076 mm), the weight of each square meter is around 0.08 kg.
And Surlyn film and Aluminized steel coil bonding, can not be torn off by hand.

High temperature resistance

Aluminized Silicon products have excellent high temperature resistance. It remains high reflectivity at the temperature of 450ºC,it hardly changes even exposed in 550ºC situation for a long time.

The aluminized silicon coated steel plate still maintain a bright appearance. Its heat resistance is equivalent to stainless steel 409. The galvanized products will be faded and chalked at 300 ºC.
