Continuous casting slabs or bloomed slabs are used as raw materials, heated by a walking beam heating furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then sent to the roughing mill. The roughed materials are cut, tailed, and then sent to the finishing mill for computer-controlled rolling. After final rolling, they are subjected to laminar flow cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiler coiling to form direct coils.
