Base metal:

Galvanized steel (GI), Aluzinc steel(GL), Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium steel (ZM), Aluminized (AS)

Price:GI ≈ GL

Performance: GI < GL 3 times

 

Thickness:

Under the 0.4mm thickness, the price is the most expensive. 0.4-0.7 is normal price. over the 0.8 the price is cheaper!

When you want to received the PPGI/PPGL sheets with the lower price, please must clear and notice what is the really thickness the supplier to delivery to you!!!

For example, you need 0.45mm with 1000mm length sheets total 5000pcs, some traders sent you the 0.4mm which will save 35m=35pcs sheets didn't sent you. So the final price is much good and chearper.

 

Width:Normal specification width without adding price -- 1000/1219/1220/1250 but others have!!!!

Zinc coating:

Currently, China hot sale product with very good price but the zinc coating is too thin!!! Just only z10-12g/m2

Which the product will be fading and rust within 3 month!!! That is the reason why price you get is good but quality is a disaster

With the zinc coating increasing, the price and the MOQ also increase. Because during the production, high coating need to add more zinc liquid to the zinc pot and slow down the speed of production line in order to make the zinc coating Firmly attached to the substrate. So need more zinc raw material and steel raw material to product(MOQ)

Paint film thickness: more thicker paint film you have , more expensive it will be.
