First of all, we need to package aluminum coils. Generally, there are two packaging methods for thermal insulation aluminum coils, one is full roll packaging, and the other is small roll packaging.
When dividing small rolls, we should pay attention to prevent deformation of small rolls, so paper cores can be lined during packaging to prevent aluminum rolls from deformation or bending due to extrusion.
In addition, the aluminum coil shall be sealed with plastic cloth and transparent tape to prevent water vapor from entering and causing corrosion and discoloration of the aluminum coil. A layer of kraft paper is added between the plastic cloth and the paper shell to increase the protection effect.
The outer package is tightly packed with thick paper shell, and then place the packed aluminum coil on the wooden pallet and reinforce it with steel strip.
After packaging, we can load the car for transportation. The purpose of packaging is to facilitate better protection during transportation. Even if it needs to be used, the remaining aluminum coils should be wrapped on the basis of the original packaging after use and placed in a dry and ventilated place.
