One of the main uses of Aluminized Silicon is to replace galvanized products, so Aluminized Silicon Products and galvanized products have     the same mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy and shape control.
Because the density of aluminum silicon is lower than that of zinc, the weight of coating can be reduced by using aluminum silicon instead of  zinc plating products.
Aluminized Silicon products have excellent corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of Aluminized Silicon products is several to ten         times that of zinc plating.
Aluminized Silicon products have good high temperature resistance and almost no change in long-term use below 550 ºC. The aluminized silic on steel plate will maintain a bright appearance.
Thn coeffe frictioicient of Aluminized Silicon products is lower, and low friction coefficient is favorable for stamping deformation
