1.Aluminized silicon is a composite coating composed of aluminum, silicon and zinc.

2.Aluminized Silicon products have good heat resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and heat reflection. The products are mainly used in high temperature and heat resistance, household appliances and automobile products with strict requirements on corrosion resistance.

3.Aluminized Silicon products have excellent corrosion resistance.The corrosion resistance of Aluminized Silicon products is several to ten  times that of zinc plating.


4.Aluminized Silicon products have good high temperature resistance and almost no change in long-term use below 550°C.The aluminized silicon on steel plate will maintain a bright appearance.

5.Aluminized Silicon has excellent thermal reflectance,with a light reflectance of about 80% at temperature below 500°C.
