Powder sprayed coating steel plate using powder coating instead of paint as coating, using electrostatic spraying method for continuous painting, a baked product. The surface has matte plane, low light plane, sand grain, metal scintillating sand grain, chameleon, wood grain and other effects, as well as antibacterial, flame retardant, self-cleaning and other multiple functions.Powder coating is made of resin, pigments, fillers, curing agent, additives, mixed in a certain proportion, melt extrusion, and then pulverized sieve process. It has 100% solid content and exists in powder state. There is no need to add solvent in the use process.So cmpare with traditional PPGI,the paint coating can be easily reach 45um and above with just one time painting.But the traditional PPGI coating will take three times,so it means it cuts the cost a lot.What's more,it comes with a extraordinary anti-corrosion advantage and obviously service life will be longer also,normally will be 3-5 times compare to PPGI.
